Calendar

Content
This page connects Slek to your usual calendar (Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook…), both ways:
This is a Premium feature. Without a subscription, the page only shows an invitation to go Premium.

See your workouts in your calendar app

This is the export half. Slek generates a personal link (an ICS feed) that you add once to your calendar app: your Slek data then shows up there automatically.

What the feed contains

Below the link, three toggles choose what gets published:
If no toggle is on, the link stays valid but the feed is empty (the link is greyed out to signal it). You can therefore set up the link before deciding what it contains.

Copy and regenerate the link

This link is secret: anyone who has it can see your workouts, races and notes. Don't publish it — if it leaks, regenerate it.

Adding it to your calendar

The link is a subscription (not a file to import once). In your app:
Each app refreshes the subscription at its own pace (from a few minutes to several hours, especially with Google). A change made in Slek therefore doesn't appear in your calendar instantly.

Import external calendars

This is the import half. You can add up to 5 external calendars: their events show up in your week and day views, in a distinct color, so you can spot your constraints (work, family…) without mixing them up with your workouts.

Adding a calendar

You need the ICS URL of the calendar to import (for example, in Google Calendar: calendar settings → "Secret address in iCal format").
Click the add card (the last one, dashed, marked with a +), then fill in:

Managing your calendars

Each imported calendar appears as a card showing its name, color, detail level and sync status: "Synced" followed by the date, "Waiting for first sync…" before the first pass, or an error message. Click a card to edit or delete it (red button, with confirmation).
The very first calendar you add is synced almost right away; a calendar added afterwards only appears on the next sync pass. After that, Slek resyncs each calendar automatically in the background, every 15 minutes to an hour depending on the source.

Where imported events appear

Privacy

Your imported calendars are only visible to you: if a coach switches onto your profile, they don't see them. And with the "Only the calendar name" mode, Slek doesn't even store any title or description — only the time slots.
