Daily Data

Content
Daily data is linked to a measurement day, unlike activity data which is linked to a specific session.
"Daily" which does not mean that the data changes (or that you measure it) on a daily basis, just that its measurement is made on a given day. For example, your weight may vary (probably little) from day to day, and you don't necessarily measure it on a daily basis.

Where to Display Them?

You can use predefined data in Slek.
You can choose to make them appear on the dashboard:

Configuration

On each data card, the button allows you to configure the data.
The button(s) allow(s) you to add custom data.

Display of "Scales"

Data of type (dimension) "scale" are those that allow you to enter subjective data.
For each scale, you can choose the display mode:

Opposite Description

In Slek, this subjective data is often displayed in a radar chart.
In these charts, a full radar (with high values on each axis) is often associated with positive data.
If we collected stress for example, a high value would be negative. In the radar chart we would need to invert the interpretation so that a low value is positive. So in Slek we prefer to talk about "serenity" rather than stress, so that a full chart is always positive.
If this naming bothers you, you can switch to an "inverted" scale with an opposite description: serenity will be called stress and the chart will be more difficult to interpret... but after all, you're the one who will read it so we let you choose.
If after a few weeks, you change your mind one way or the other, you don't lose any data: internally Slek manipulates and stores a serenity value on a scale of 1 to 100. Everything else is just display.
