Intro

On the seasons configuration page, you can define your training seasons.

Logically, a season lasts 1 year. It is recommended to use seasons of comparable duration so that season stats can be compared.

Configuring your training seasons allows:

To shift the start of the season so it doesn't follow calendar years
To define the duration of micro-cycles (weeks)
To choose what is displayed in the season timeline on the calendar page
To create a plan for the season with the periodization you want

Choosing Start and End Dates

When you create a season, you must ensure that

two seasons don't overlap
if you define a micro-cycle of 7 days, think about starting the season on a Monday so your weeks follow the calendar.

The week number displayed in the calendar will be a number... in the season. Week 1 will therefore be the first of the season, not that of the calendar year.
