Activity Analysis

To access activity analysis, click on a completed activity in the calendar.
On this page, you can analyze the details of a completed session.

Actions and Menu

In addition to the basic info, you have a few possible actions (whether they are visible directly or in the menu depending on your screen size):

Correction of Erroneous Data

Sometimes measurements are wrong (wrist heart rate or heart rate belt "tired", battery failure in the middle of the session, ...).
In Slek, you can correct everything by editing the session (distance, elevation, time spent in heart rate zones, record profile, ...)
Some values are directly editable, others require activating the switch in the edit box.

Overview

This is the summary of essential information from your session.

Planned

If applicable, this is a reminder of what was planned for this session.

Feedback

The feedback you gave after the session.

HR / Speed / Power

Depending on activities and the configuration of your zones, you'll have:
In theory we would want to select the minimum value on this interval rather than the average, but in this case, for a few lower values, we lose the long intervals (e.g.: on a 20' effort at 3'00/km a tight turn can make you slow down enormously... yet you did 20' at 3'00/km!). In addition, measurements are sometimes quite noisy such that your 20' at 3'00/km could be spoiled by a one-second measurement at 3'10/km.

Laps

At a glance, you'll find the different laps of your session here. Very practical for seeing your consistency on your 10x30/30!
By selecting one of the rectangles, your lap will be selected in the chronogram and map below.
By clicking on you can switch to table mode if you prefer.
The button allows you to edit these laps, in particular to create laps after the fact (auto-lap). For example, every kilometer on a marathon, or every hour on an XXL triathlon.

Chronogram

Here you can go see the details recorded by your watch, your computer, your heart rate belt...
For better readability, you can use the button to go full screen.
On iPhone/iPad, the button should appear with an iOS update (but Apple doesn't communicate on when it will be available)
At the top of the chart you can hide certain curves by clicking on the legend.
Your mouse wheel allows you to zoom in/out
You also have buttons to control zoom:

Map

Here you have the GPS track, if there is one (outdoors...). Note that by moving your cursor on the chronogram, the corresponding position is shown on the map.

Multi-activities

If you change sports during activity (like for a triathlon for example), your sessions are grouped and the button at the top allows you to quickly switch from one sport to another.
