Statistics
The statistics page allows you to analyze your performances over different periods.
View Selector
At the top of the page, you can choose between two views:
- Activities: Analysis based on your training activities
- Metrics: Analysis based on daily metrics
Activities View Charts
- Training load: Evolution of your load (volume, Foster, TRIMP) with a monotony calculation and a recommended range (see blog article on recommended load - in French)
- Duration by HR zone: Time spent in each heart rate zone
- Duration by HR zone/sport: Distribution of time by HR zone and sport
- Perceived effort: Activity duration by perceived effort level (RPE)
- HR records profile: Evolution of your heart rate records by duration
- Speed records profile: Evolution of your speed records by duration
- Power records profile: Evolution of your power records by duration
- Duration: Distribution of total duration by sport (pie chart)
- Distance: Distribution of total distance by sport (pie chart)
- Elev+: Distribution of positive elevation gain by sport (pie chart)
- Count: Number of activities by sport (pie chart)
- Max HR: Maximum heart rate observed (gauge)
- Feelings: Radar of feelings experienced during activities
Metrics view charts
The Metrics view displays one chart per daily metric you have configured (morning checkup, evening debrief, other metrics). Each chart shows the evolution of the metric over the selected period (same period selector as the Activities view).
The metrics shown are the ones you have defined. To manage which metrics are tracked and where they appear (dashboard, checkup, debrief), go to Settings > Metrics > Daily data.
Options
In this stats page, you can:
- modify the period to analyze with the selector in the top right (fixed period or free interval),
- for the Activities view:
- choose to exclude certain sports from statistics
- group sports by category (like "bike" which groups road bike, MTB...)
