⚠️ Do not close Slek during import or export. You can continue to use the application by letting the operation run in the background, but avoid refreshing the page.

How to Import?

For the import to go as smoothly as possible, proceed in this order:
  1. make sure you have properly configured:
  2. import your daily data (so that the zone calculation over time uses the correct HR max, FTP, etc. values...)
  3. import raw (FIT) data in ZIP format (once training zones are known - see below)
  4. import activity data in CSV format (which will then attach to already imported raw data)
Importing your library of workouts is not linked and can be done whenever you want.

Import Formats

Detailed formats are described here.

Bulk Import of FIT Files

Depending on the source of your data (partner platforms), you can do direct import (without going through files) on the Data Synchronization page or go through ZIP files of FIT files.

Data Export

Everything you enter in Slek belongs to you. In accordance with its privacy policy and GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), you have a right to portability of your data.
You can therefore export:
NB: in some cases, ZIP generation can be quite resource-intensive for Slek. To avoid cyber-attacks you cannot request the same ZIP more than once per week.
